MerpCon V is being held at the Apple Tree Inn, but there are many other hotels and motels in the area. You will want to reserve early though, since this time of year many of them are completely booked. This page provides a (not exhaustive) list of some places to consider, from nearest the event, to more distant.

It is strongly recommended you reserve your rooms as early as possible. This time of year it is not uncommon for ALL the hotels and motels to be booked if you wait until the last minute.

The event is being held this year in North Spokane at the Apple Tree Inn July 24th, 25th, 26th (and 27th).
The event "officially" begins Friday, July 24th and "officially" ends Sunday 5:00 pm.

We begin setting up Thursday (July 23rd 3:00 pm) and there is an additional "post convention" schedule running through Sunday night and all of Monday (July 27th). We tear down late Monday night, and must be completely moved out before the 11:00 am check out time on Tuesday morning (July 28th).

There are dozens of hotels/motels closer to downtown Spokane. The drive from downtown to MerpCon is only about 15-20 minutes. There are also regular buses on Division available.
