I understand that this event is in no way associated with, condoned or approved by, in any way, any of the multitude of copyright/trademark holders in the morass that is the J.R.R. Tolkien intellectual property. This event is in no way associated with the Tolkien Estate, Tolkien Enterprises, New Line Cinema, Sony, Saul Zaentz, Decipher Inc, ICE – Iron Crown Enterprises, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, or any other intellectual property claimants. This is merely a get together of a number of role playing gamers/friends, wishing to have an academic discussion about, and role play in, J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth.

Accommodations and Provisions (Required)

I understand that I must make my own travel, food, and lodging arrangements. Resource information may be provided by the event organizers when possible, but I understand it is ultimately up to me to take care of my own provisioning. All discussion and gaming-related material WILL be supplied by the event organizers (paper, pencils, dice, rulebooks, etc.), but food, drinks, etc. may or may not be available at the event location, so it is up to me to provide my own food or drink for myself during the event.

Alcohol or Drugs (Required)

I understand and agree that no alcohol, or illegal drugs will be permitted on the premises. I also understand that bringing any such substances, or coming to the event under the influence, will mean summarily being ejected from the event and escorted off the event property.

Event Organizers Not Liable for Incurred Costs Due to Event Changes or Cancellation. (Required)

I understand and agree that the event organizers are in no way liable for any expenses I may incur related to this event, even if the event is canceled at the last moment (however unlikely), that the event organizers are in no way liable for any costs incurred, including travel tickets, hotel/motel fees, gasoline, etc.

I understand the event organizer's privacy policy is to not use my contact information for any other reason than contacting me about this event, and that my information will not be disseminated to any other entities.

Please state the likelihood of your follow through on attending this event. Please note that only those who select "Fairly Firm" or "Committed" are likely to have a completely prepared character based on their preferences. Anyone selecting "Tentative" or "Wishful Thinking" will probably have to use a "generic" pre-made character, unless you contact us at least TWO WEEKS BEFORE the event verifying you will be attending.
